For SoundPressing The DB Band always had a special spotlight on it. Back then it was fresh territory and a glimpse of new creativity. Their EP’s ‘Stranger in the Alps’ (2011) & ‘Loosen Up’ (2013) released via BAM Records are nowadays impossible to find.

Fast forward to 2023 and we thought it’d be a tidy treat to bring the title tracks from those EP’s onto a standalone 7” for your listening pleasure and to also give the incredible supporting film clips a new light and platform.

Recorded when Supergrass originally split, where Mick Quinn picks up his six string and teamed up with old Oxford cohort Fab Wilson (Bass) and a rotating cast of other musicians. These tracks, the first solo offerings out of the gate, still sound bulletproof today.
Recorded in England, pressed in Australia.
